GATE USER PROCEDURES
(HUNTER'S POINTE PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION)
GENERAL: There are two gates. The back gate is on S. Richmond Ave, just south of its intersection with E. 98th St. They operate independently of each other, and have some minor differences in the methods of keypad entry, which are explained below.
CLICKERS & CARDS. The "clickers" are battery-operated portable radio-transmitter devices that open either gate with a simple click of their button. Range is about 50 feet. Batteries are 12 volt, and should last for years. The cards open the gates when they are touched to the vertical receiver device at each gate. Cars having built-in programmable transmitters may or may not work with this system.
NEW OWNERS are expected to obtain these devices from the Company that assists the Board in the Management of Hunters Pointe, Collins and Associates, who will provide a third method of manually opening the gates. Contact our Property Yolanda Osborne at 918 524-3833 for further information. Note that the name entries are limited to 19 letters and spaces. Multiple listings could carry different first names or initials and/or a "cell" label, or other label, if desired.
CELL PHONES/SECOND PHONES/GUESTS/MISC.: Please speak with Yolanda if you don't have a land line and/or you anticipate the need to use the call system with a cell phone or how to provide access to our development for special guests. Yolanda can also provide information on how to obtain access for your contractors, household help or guests.
CALL FROM CONTROL BOX AND "BEEP IN". At the front gate only, there is an electronic directory that displays each resident's listing(s). Each one has a three-digit number "CODE: ###" under the name. To ring your phone, a guest or worker or delivery person can look up your name, and enter your "Code" number into the keypad. If you answer the resulting phone call and want to open the gate, you press 9 on your phone.
KEYPAD ENTRY (WITHOUT CALLING): Each household listing has an associated six-digit keypad number that will open either gate, front or back. The number consists of the above three-digit code plus the last 3 numbers of the phone number associated with the listing. For example, if your listing code number is 208 and the associated phone number is 5551212, then your Keypad Entry number would be 208212.

AT THE FRONT GATE, press the KEY emblem button once, before the six-digit number. If you don't, it will call the residence phone after the first 3 digits are entered. NOTE: the front gate buttons require a very firm push. There is an electronic "thunk" sound with each push that tells you it was received. No thunk, then repeat that push harder.
AT THE BACK GATE, there is NO KEY button, lust enter the six-digit number alone.
EXTRA GATE OPEN TIME FOR PARTIES OR REALTORS. Currently, during the week, the Front Gate is left open 7-9 am and 3:50 - 6 pm, peak hours. Please contact Collins and Associates at (918) 524-3833 24 hours before of requested time and before 5:00pm Monday-Friday of requested time you would like the gate open for your special event or realtor open houses. May we suggest for your special event the gate to be open 30 minutes before your special event and 1 hour after your start time. Thus keeping the gate being open for long periods of time.
Please contact Collins and Associates at (918) 524-3833 for a temporary gate code. This code will only work for days & times requested. Also "Do Not Park on This Side" yard signs will need to be posted.
