Fishing in Ponds
The Ponds belong to all Hunters Pointe Homeowners. No Fishing signs are for non-residents. Any resident may fish in the pond so long as they are fishing in the commons area or have permission from the homeowner. Please be considerate of future fisherman and release the fish after catching them. Also clean up after yourself.
Leave no trash behind.
Dogs
Dogs are to be kept on leash or in your yard. If you have a problem with another neighbor's dog please try to resolve it directly. If not resolved please email one of the board of directors and they will help to resolve the issue. If you see a stray dog, posting it on the Hunters Pointe Nextdoor has been effective at finding the owner or call the City of Tulsa.
Street Parking
You may have noticed that our streets are narrower than regular city streets. In order to let EMERGENCY VEHICLES and larger private cars and trucks get by, therefore its important that we do nothing to impede the movement of emergency vehicles throughout Hunters Pointe. To that end, we respectfully ask that when you are expecting a larger gathering involving people who are not familiar with Hunters Pointe that you post HP Street Signs that direct guests to park on one side of the street only.
You can obtain the HP Street signs by contacting Robert Donaldson, HP Board Past President, who can help in getting the signs for you. Please provide at least 5 days’ notice when planning such an event.
Please email Robert Donaldson at hunterspointetulsa@gmail.com if you have any news or other important information to share with the homeowners.
